We travelled to the Sunworld fantasy park in the BaNa Hills with this company. We booked online the morning of the tour as we had been very last minute. The host chatted with us live and was very informative, accommodating and our pickup was arranged for a couple of hours from our hotel. The minibus was spotlessly clean and air conditioned. A comfortable journey. Thank you.

Communication was great. I received my email confirmations and I received confirmations messages via WhatsApp the morning of pickup. Pickup was prompt and the tour guide that was leading the group was very welcoming. When we arrived at Ba Na Hill she gave me the time to meet back with the group. I arrived back to the meeting spot a little early and didn't see the bus. I sent a WhatsApp message and was assured that the pickup would be at 4pm. A few minutes later the driver came back and he walked
