Communication was great. I received my email confirmations and I received confirmations messages via WhatsApp the morning of pickup. Pickup was prompt and the tour guide that was leading the group was very welcoming. When we arrived at Ba Na Hill she gave me the time to meet back with the group. I arrived back to the meeting spot a little early and didn't see the bus. I sent a WhatsApp message and was assured that the pickup would be at 4pm.
