Everything was perfectly organised.
The communication and the booking was easy and fast via WhatsApp.
The driver was friendly and the trip was safe and on time.

Vietnam was my first time visit. The trip was covered by my agent Susan and the nice driver too. Their service was good. Very patient and nice staff. Esp Susan was very tentative helping my aged mother up and down the bus throughout the trip.

We had an excellent tour with Dung. Super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Showed us around to all the attractions at our own pace and took some pictures for us. Would recommend.

As a group of 2 we purchased the cable car and bus transfer combo ticket. There were total 4 passengers on the day we went. It was a smooth journey on the bus, and nice to go up the ba na hills for a walk. hope to visit again in summer for better weather.

Our other tour cancelled on us the morning of and Green Travel kindly booked us in at the last minute only 45 minutes before the 8am pickup. It cost 990,000 per adult for the shuttle and Bana Hill ticket which was so much less expensive than any other option. Our guide got our tickets and promptly got us into the park by 9:30 and on our way up to the Golden Bridge. We were all at the meeting place by 4pm and left at 4:15 - it was well worth using this company if you'd like to do Bana Hills! A gu

Een combiticket gekocht via WhatsApp. In de bus zelf betaald. De communicatie verliep heel vlot en alles was perfect in orde zoals afgesproken. De beste manier om naar Ba Na Hills te gaan vanuit Da Nang !

Went on a package coach / entrance fee to Ba Na Hills with this company and I Highly recommend it . Absolutely great communication. Arrived on time and nothing was too much
