From now, you can visit the Citadel at night

On April 22, the Hue Imperial Citadel was officially opened by Hue Citadel Conservation Center to welcome visitors at night. This is a new tourism product, promising to attract and create more destinations for tourists when coming to the capital.

Visiting Hue Citadel at night, visitors will admire a space of shimmering, fanciful color with the support of light effects.

Visitors will enjoy many attractive programs such as re-enacting the Empress's backdrop in the Forbidden City; Exchange ceremony at Ngo Mon; Performing music, banning military training martial arts at Thai Hoa Palace; Court dance and court games at the Can Chanh stadium.

Great art will illuminate, honor the value of the world heritage. The Imperial Night Space starts from the Ngo Mon Gate to the Can Chanh Gate with the highlight of the night sky. It is a royal scene that appears in shimmering and mysterious colors with the aid of light effects.

At the Golden Week of Tourism (from April 22-28), Hue Ancient Relics Center relieves visitors of the relics of the ancient imperial city of Hue. For example, 50% discount for tour groups (registered at the center), free of charge at the monuments for groups of 20 or more visitors; 50% discount on concert tickets at Duyet Thi Duong Theater; 10% discount on Imperial Hoang Dau's ferry service ticket price and free drinks for guests.

The program of visiting Hue Citadel at night will be free of charge for local people during the Golden Week. Ticket price is 120,000 VND for domestic and 150,000 VND for international tourists.
